Fragile Flights – Australian Endangered Butterflies

Fragile Flights – ‘Window on a threatened ecology’ shows three habitat threatened butterflies.

The Richmond Birdwing Butterfly, the Southern Regent Skipper and the Swordgrass Brown.

This print was developed with a National Parks and Wildlife Officer to highlight the plight of these butterflies.

The image shows the framed & pre-framed (left) artwork. It is made of 9 panels framed in black mountboard onto which printed & handpainted butterflies are mounted.
