these knotwork circles series uses a wildflower species which is either the ‘symbol’ for the Celtic Region represented, is endemic or commonly found there.

Isle of Man – Ragwort

Scotland – Thistle

Wales – Daffodil

Cornwall – Western Ramping Fumortory

Ireland – Clover

This series uses stylized versions of each of the flora within a knot design. They were designed both as black and white – “State I”, and colour images “State II”
